HOA Compliance & Neighborhood Access Policy

When you schedule services with Curbside Express, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are responsible for confirming that our services comply with your HOA or property management regulations.

• You are responsible for providing necessary gate codes, security clearances, or access instructions.

• Curbside Express is not liable for HOA violations, fines, or service interruptions caused by lack of access permissions.

• If access is denied or restricted on the service day, you may still be charged for the scheduled service.

To avoid interruptions, please ensure all access arrangements are made prior to your scheduled service.
